Make An Appointment
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or everyday challenges, professionals are available to help you. If you or your loved one’s situation can be managed with support of friends, family, phone support or other resources until an appointment is made with a professional, you or your loved one can reach out to a provider and schedule an appointment. Many providers have a main phone number for all of their services where they can identify what you’re looking for and make an appointment.

Additional things to know
You should be able to call a provider who will talk with you to determine what type of services will meet your needs and find you the earliest possible appointment. Some appointments may be in person, and some may be via phone or telehealth. Be sure to state as clearly as you can what you are looking for, or if you’re not sure what you’re looking for, describe your situation. You may have to share your story more than once – while this is frustrating it can often help the providers better meet your needs and ensures that your story and input are being taken in to consideration.
The first video above depicts what you can expect during an integrated behavioral health appointment, which differs from a traditional mental health therapy appointment in that it is a brief, focused approach. Integrated behavioral health appointments can be a great starting point, and can get you connected to more regular, ongoing appointments with a mental health therapist. The second video provides some testimonials from individuals who have benefitted from mental health therapy. Mental health therapists can help you with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, anger, irritability, or changes to appetite, mood, or sleep.
